Job Summary

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role involves developing compelling visual content for both digital and print, with a strong focus on packaging design, brand storytelling, and marketing assets. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for aesthetics, understands design trends, and can translate brand vision into striking, functional visuals.

Key Responsibilities

Design engaging visual content for both digital and print platforms, including social media, in-store branding, and packaging.
Develop creative assets such as logos, illustrations, posters, brochures, and other brand-aligned materials.
Conceptualize and execute innovative graphic packaging designs that reflect the brand’s identity and appeal to target audiences.
Deliver high-quality work with a strong command of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Interpret creative briefs and translate them into effective design solutions that meet marketing and brand objectives.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and attention to detail.
Collaborate closely with the Brand Manager and Marketing team to align design output with strategic goals.
Ensure brand consistency across all materials by adhering to the Brand Book and visual identity guidelines.
Accept and integrate feedback to continually refine and improve design outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in F&B, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle sectors.
Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in branding, packaging, and digital content design.
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
Ability to think creatively and execute designs that are both strategic and visually appealing.
Strong communication skills to interpret briefs, present ideas, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time across multiple projects.

Proficiency In Tools

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign – essential)
CorelDRAW
Canva, or similar tools for layout and digital mockups
Knowledge of basic motion graphics or video editing (Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro) is a plus
Comfortable working with print production guidelines and packaging die-lines
